Our journey
started on the
warm,
sun-drenched
sands of Barbados.

For decades, local
families
have enjoyed
the fresh fish brought
to shore and grilled
on the spot by our
fishermen.

Meanwhile, a young savvy
chef worked his way from
Long Island to Cape Cod
in order to bring the
freshest lobster rolls, soups,
seafood and cocktails to
to the region like never
before.

Now, after 38 years of
owning and operating raw
bars in Cape Cod, we return
to Long Island to celebrate
our history, our love for
seafood and the place that
we call home.
